Bright, buttery, and ready in 15 minutes — this shrimp dish feels fancy but comes together with almost no effort.
Yield: 4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled, cleaned, and deveined
8 Tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet Good Seasons Italian All‑Natural Seasoning mix
1½ lemons, sliced into thin circles
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper, ground
Instructions
Preheat oven – Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the butter mixture – In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
Butter the dish – Pour the butter‑garlic mixture into a 9×11‑inch glass casserole dish. Spread it evenly across the bottom.
Add lemon slices – Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer over the butter.
Add shrimp – Place the cleaned shrimp on top of the lemon slices in a single layer.
Season – Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp. Then top with dried parsley flakes and black pepper.
Bake – Bake uncovered for 15 minutes (do not exceed this time, or shrimp may become tough).
Serve – Serve warm, spooning the lemony butter sauce over the shrimp. Great with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
Tips & Variations
Don’t overcook – Shrimp are done when pink and curled into a loose “C” shape. Overcooking makes them rubbery.
Fresh herbs – Substitute fresh parsley for dried; add after baking for brighter flavor.
Spicy kick – Add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the Italian seasoning.
Low‑carb option – Serve over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
Enjoy your quick, zesty, and buttery baked shrimp! 🍋🦐
