Cherry Cheesecake Jars

Cherry Cheesecake Jars (Bite‑Sized & Freezer‑Friendly)

Creamy, fruity, and perfectly portioned — no more leftover cheesecake going to waste. These little cups are cute enough for parties and easy enough for a quick frozen treat.

Yield: 16 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: At least 2 hours
Weight Watchers: 1 point each

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Great Value Honey Grahams (crushed)

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) Jell‑O Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding & Pie Filling (sugar‑free / reduced calorie)

  • 32 oz Great Value Plain Nonfat Yogurt

  • 16 oz Great Value No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling

Optional: 16 silicone cupcake cups (or mini mason jars)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers – Finely crush 4 graham cracker sheets. You should have about ¼ cup of crumbs.

  2. Make the cheesecake mixture – In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and the nonfat yogurt until smooth and thickened.

  3. Assemble the cups

    • Place 16 silicone cupcake cups on a baking sheet (for easy transfer to the freezer).

    • Add 1 lightly heaping teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each cup.

    • Top with ¼ cup of the yogurt‑pudding mixture.

    • Add 1 ounce (about 1 slightly heaping tablespoon) of no‑sugar‑added cherry pie filling.

  4. Freeze – Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Freeze until firm (at least 2 hours, or overnight).

  5. Serve – Remove from the freezer 1–2 minutes before eating to let them soften slightly. Enjoy straight from the cup, or pop them out for serving.

Tips & Notes

  • Why silicone cups? They’re reusable, easy to pop out, and the perfect size for a single serving.

  • Make ahead – These freeze beautifully for up to 2 months. Great for meal‑prepped desserts!

  • For a party – Arrange the frozen cups on a platter. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

  • No silicone cups? Use mini mason jars or a lined mini muffin tin.

Enjoy your guilt‑free, bite‑sized cherry cheesecake! 🍒
